What this website collects, why, and how to have it removed.

The short version

We collect what you give us in a form, and a small note about how you found this site. We do not sell it. We use it to reply to you, to run your booking, and to learn which of our ads and pages bring in the people we can help.

What you give us

When you book a call or a session, register for an event or send a message, we keep your name, email address and anything you write. If you give a phone number, a business name or answers to an event question, we keep those too. This goes into D. Mack Consulting Group’s client records, which only DMCG staff can open. We use it to confirm your booking, send reminders and follow up on your message.

Paid bookings and event seats are paid on a Stripe page. Stripe handles your card details, and we never see or store them. We receive the amount and a confirmation that you paid.

How you found us

When you arrive from an ad, a search or a link, this site saves a small cookie called dmcg_attr in your browser for 90 days. It holds where you came from (the ad or site, and any campaign tags on the link), the first page you opened, and, if you took our check or opened an industry page, the kind of business you run. It does not hold your name or email address. When you book or write to us, we copy a short version of it onto your record, for example “google / brand-search / medical”, so Dee knows what brought you here. If you say how you heard about us in the contact form, we save that instead when the cookie has nothing.

Ad pixels, only if you agree

If you choose Accept all in the cookie notice, this site loads the Meta Pixel and the Google tag. They tell Meta and Google when you view a page, send a message or book, so we can measure which ads work and show our ads to people who may want them. If you choose Only necessary, or have not chosen, neither is loaded. Your choice is saved in a cookie called dmcg_consent for 180 days. You can change it at any time with the Cookie choices link in the footer of any page.

Looking at your data, changing it, removing it

Write to info@dmcg-sa.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also clear the dmcg_attr cookie in your browser at any time.
