Hi, I’m Dee
Dee’s story
I was a week and a half away from graduating as a military training instructor for the Air Force when I got in a car accident. Instead of training recruits, I was sent back into my career field. Looking back, it was one of the best things that could have happened to me.
For the last four years of my career, my leadership moved me from section to section, anywhere things were out of order. I’d figure out what the regulations required, where we actually were, and what it would take to close the gap. Then I’d fix it.
Somewhere along the way, it hit me: I love solving people’s problems, and I’m good at it. I believe that’s a gift from God, and DMCG is how I use it. This isn’t just a job for me. It’s an assignment.
In 2024, the Lord shifted my focus to business owners who’ve built something real. A lot of them have been shooting from the hip for years, and it worked, until the business started growing. That’s when your foundation really matters. It can make you or break you.
If that’s where you are, I want you to hear this: you don’t need to work harder. You’ve already done that. You need someone in your corner who can see the whole picture, help you build what’s missing, and walk with you while you do it. That’s what I do.
